Installed Insulation Manager
Installed Insulation Manager.
Skills/Duties include coordination of install jobs, supervise 8 employees, follow up on job progress, meet with inspectors, subcontractors, contractors and homeowners. Work in a former or present insulation operation are mandatory. Experience with Installed Insulation estimating and quoting is paramount. This is not a trainee position.
Work skills needed:
Must have good communication skills. Must be able to prioritize; have good time management skills. Be organized, good follow up, and have the ability to multi-task. Adaptation to quick changes and/or rush jobs in a fast paced environment. 3-5 years supervisor/management experience required.
Computer efficiency to include Outlook/email, Microsoft Office (word & excel) proficient. Will work with outside sales people to help develop and expand market presence and drive revenue.
Pay is $55 to $60k salary plus incentive for increased sales and profits. Includes benefits and vehicle expenses.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
