Oil & Gas Project Manager

The Project Manager will have responsibility for the administrative and technical management of oil and gas projects in engineering and/or construction ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals. In this job position, the Project Manager will have the overall responsibility for budgeted man-hours and staffing. Project Manager will recommend personnel transactions of all natures and establish work group standards, policies, and procedures. Prior project management experience of oil and gas industry projects is a required.
Responsibilities & Duties:
Lead the planning and implementation of projects
Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
Define project tasks and resource requirements
Develop full-scale project plans
Assemble and coordinate project staff
Manage project budget
Manage project resource allocation
Plan and schedule project timelines
Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
Provide direction and support to project team
Quality assurance
Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project
Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
Project evaluations and assessment of results
Development of proposals

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or business from an accredited college.
Minimum of ten years of full-time project/program related experience in the field of engineering.
Experience with management of Oil and Gas projects is required.
Good leadership skills.
Strong familiarity with project management practices, methods, and techniques.
Demonstrated experience in personnel management.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
