This position will report to the Controller.
Major Duties and
Responsibilities:
Recruit, select, train, coach, mentor and discipline administrative staff Assign and monitor clerical, administrative and secretarial responsibilities and tasks among administrative staff Back up for Production and Technical Administration Staff Evaluate and manage administrative staff performance Coordinate and arrange employee travel requirements Maintain office supplies inventory Primary liaison with IT consultant Coordinate and plan company events Coordinate recruiting efforts with corporate HR Website coordinator Coordinate building maintenance Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Highly organized and detailed oriented Demonstrable quality improvement skills with attention to the creation of processes and controls to achieve timely and accurate results.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral.
Advanced experience with Excel and other office software packages Qualifications Bachelor of Business Administration degree Minimum of 3 years of experience in private industry Minimum of 2 years of supervisory/managerial experience.
Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
